Is our website safe?

Our website is secure as we do have a certificate for safety. However, the photos are not loaded after we had the certificate. If you copy the website below and paste it into the address window you will see: https://www.sunnyenterprise.co.uk/shop/

How much to pay for postage, packing and handling.

We use flat postage all over the world. £2.49 for sending within the UK by the first-class standard. However, for big parcels which are big size or over 750g, we will use couriers or royal mail second class. £ 5.00 for sending to Europe by normal airmail. However, for every heavy parcel, over 0.5kg we may have to charge extra for postage. £9.99 for sending to other countries by normal airmail. Any parcels abroad which are too heavy may be charged extra. You need to contact us for the order as we do not send it to every country. We do not take all the responsibility for parcel lost. If any parcels are lost we only refund the exact that we claim from royal mail. If you wish to get more compensation for any parcel lost you have to pay extra. such as tracking service, signed for. https://www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-loss. Anybody who claims the parcel lost has to wait at least 2 weeks for compensation. If you need beads urgently please re-order them.

The figure may be different from time to time. Normally we finish taking orders at 2.00 pm and we will send the parcels within 48 hours after you pay. If you need a parcel urgently do contact us to ask, please.

The quality of our beads and the size of the beads

AA is not very good quality( with pits, chipped or flat bottom and so on).AAA is good quality, normal quality. AAAA is high quality. As they are natural beads, size and colour variations can occur per strand, please make note when ordering in multiple quantities. the size of the beads, the measurements are a guide only, the unique nature of stones means there may be a variation of 0.5-1.5mm. for example, 4mm black agate round beads may be different from the 4mm blue agate round beads in size, when it states 4mm it could be 4.5mm or 5mm.

The photos of our beads

We try to make all the photos of the items as the nearest similarity as the actual products. However, due to the nature of gemstone beads, these photos may be slightly different from the actual products.

Some beads may have inclusions or are slightly pitted or chipped, some round beads may have flat-bottom which photos do not show.

The sizes of some beads may be slightly smaller or bigger than the stated size in the title. So if you have any doubt about any items please contact us.

We will be more than happy to give you any information.

Returns and replacement

If you are not happy with your order, feel free to return the item/s within 15 days. We will refund the money, not including postage.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We do have responsibility for the products which are damaged. However, the evidence must be proved. We will ask you for the photos of the beads or the parcel, the photo of the order paper (invoice) which we send to you with the beads. So do keep the order paper (invoice) please.
